Welcome to day 4 of our wellbeing and exam preparation mini-series.
Getting prepared for assessments is just as important as your assessments themselves.
Do you know what to expect? Have you taken the time to check you understand your exam timetable and know what times your assessments will be released and what time the submission point closes. Have you thought about the technology you will use and where you will work best?
Now is the time to ask questions. Contact Student Information Zone or your Module Organiser if needed.

Focus on one thing
Today, try single-tasking.
Pick one topic and give it your full attention for a short burst. When your mind wanders, gently bring it back.

Today’s task - Set your intention
Take 5 minutes today to pause and breathe.
Write down 2-3 realistic goals for your revision, remember to keep them achievable.
