Here’s a little look at a routine from one of our recent classes ✨

These solo choreography classes are a chance to work on your Bachata technique, body movement and styling, while learning fun routines in a relaxed and supportive environment.

And yes, Bachachicas is open to everyone! 💃🏻🕺🏻

We’re back every Thursday throughout September, and the monthly pass is now LIVE 🎉

And solo classes are back!! First we are starting with a one-off BachaChicas x Heels workshop this coming Thursday (as voted by you).

A two-hour workshop where we explore a sassy choreography to one of my favourite songs at the moment, ChaCha.

Want to learn how to dance with us? Our next 6-week Bachata course starts on the 2nd April!

It's a great way to learn how to do solo Bachata, learn some new skills, improve your dancing, improve your confidence and make new female friends along the way!!

There is also the option to perform should you wish to showcase what you have learnt (though no pressure to)

This International Women's Day we wanted to mark the day especially in two ways.

(1) The first is to say a big thank you to the women who contribute multiple hours to the community through their teaching, practice time, personal development and growth:

The Norwich Latin Dance team:

The Bacha-Chicas Academy team:
Hannah, Diana, Greta, Marwa

The Strictly Salsa Norwich team:
Ami, Diana, Marwa

As well as all our students who make the community a warm and welcoming place

(2) The second is to note that we are currently fundraising for the Mariposa DR Foundation, whose initiatives in the Dominican Republic for improving education and ending generational poverty for young girls ties in really nicely with both International Women's Day as a concept and also the theme for this year which is 'Give to Gain'.

We already donated a portion of class profits to the cause on the Independence day for the Dominican Republic, and will also do something later this month to fundraise, but for now, if you would like to donate the cost of a fancy coffee, this will really help boost the impact.
