And it’s over for another year, Y6 leavers assembly, bibles handed out, Star of the Year for each year group awarded and Y6 last day photo with YR buddies. Have a happy summer.

Year 6 have had an informative afternoon learning about safe citizenship at Crucial Crew. They have interacted with: Coastguard, St. John Ambulance, Air Ambulance, NHS Well-being, Police and Fire Service. We have been complimented on their engagement and behaviour.

The final performance of Gigglebox has been performed. Well done to all the children for entertaining us so brilliantly!

Sparrow class had another musical experience this morning. Teddy’s dad came into school to play his guitar. The children all sat quietly listening to the different types of music he played. The children had many questions.

Because England are playing in the semi-final of the World Cup at 8pm on Wednesday 15th July, we will be starting our performance of Gigglebox an hour earlier. It will now start at 5:30pm.

Wednesday 15th July - Gigglebox Production Performance
5:10pm - pupils arrive at school to get ready for the performance
5:30pm - Gigglebox production starts

Thursday 16th July - Gigglebox Production Performance
8:50am - pupils arrive at school
9:30am - Gigglebox production starts

This morning Years 2, 3 and 4 performed their Carnival of Cultures dance to their families and the rest of the school. They looked fantastic in their costumes and danced brilliantly.
