I've thought about this for a long time but sadly have decided it is not possible to run my Jewellery Making Courses any more. Spending a whole day in my studio in close proximity to someone who may be carrying the Covid virus is I feel too much of a health risk. I am still working and taking on commissions so please get in touch if you want something making.

This is an engagement ring that I made some years ago that came back to me recently for a polish and clean, it is red, white and yellow gold with 3 diamonds. The rather lovely Celtic design was created by the future husband to be!

Look how white the walls of my studio are now! I've just spent a couple of days washing off the rouge polish from my studio walls and then re-painting them! I'm sorry to say that I won't be teaching for the time being as due to underlying health issue I have to self-isolate to avoid contracting Coronovirus. Hopefully this won't go on for too long!

Here's a rather lovely bangle made recently on a jewellery making course, made from recycled silver.

Here's another piece made by a student using her gold, it is made by rolling it out into sheet and piercing the "leaf" shapes, then curling it around a metal stake. We decided on a satin finish to accentuate the two different colours of the gold and silver.

This 9ct gold bangle was made last week by one of my students, melting down her own gold and rolling it into a "D" section piece of wire, we made it small enough so that it doesn't move around the wrist, which means that you can see the nice twisted loop section on the top of her wrist all the time.

Here's a couple of commission pieces I made recently using Sapphires and Diamonds in 9ct gold, the pear shaped Sapphires hang loose so catch the light when they move.

Here is a commission that I handed over to the client a couple of days ago, three oval pink Sapphires of varying shades with a brilliant cut diamond as a pendant. This curvy design I think works really well with different sizes of stones

This is a lovely ring made by one of my students last week, it has a very unusual rose cut diamond as the centre stone, with an opaque yellow hint rather than being transparent.

I thought it was about time I got a new bench pin!

Here is a recently made brooch in silver with diamonds, sapphires and an Opal by one of my students, it's quite a show-stopper!
