Some great raffle prizes have been made from your fabulous donations of chocolate! Tickets on sale in the playground after school tomorrow, Wednesday and Thursday this week

The Folls Team are asking for your donations of chocolate in exchange for dress down on Friday this week, these will be used to make some Easter raffle hampers and for our family bingo night. We thank you in advance for helping as always 🍫

Hi everyone, my name is Lauren and I run Little Bears Books

⭐️ Are you or do you know a business owner?

I am currently working with your school to fundraise for new books to fill your new library! The children at the school will be raising money over World Book Week in March by doing a sponsored read. The school will get 100% of the sponsorship money to spend on Usborne books plus an additional free percentage. If we can raise over £600, Usborne will donate an additional 60% free making £960 worth of books and it costs the school NOTHING!

To really boost our fundraising, I am also running a Community Book Pledge alongside and am approaching local businesses to ask for sponsorship from them too!

In return, you/they will receive a thank you via social media, in a parent newsletter plus via local press. I will also present you with a certificate to proudly display in the business - all amazing advertising opportunities.

It's the Valentine's Disco on the 11th Feb, to be able to run an event such as this we need a suitable number of helpers on the night. We're looking for additional volunteers to help at the event. It's nothing complicated, just some setting up, assisting during and clearing away after the disco. If you think you'd be able to help then please send a DM to FOLLS.

Not long to the start of the new school year. As a reminder to the new reception class, here are the dadtes and times for next week.

Monday 2nd Sept. - Inset Day, no children to attend

Tuesday 3rd Sept. - Children in from 8.45am - 11.50am

Wednesday 4th Sept. - Children in from 8.45am - 1.30pm (this session includes lunch)

Thursday 5th Sept. - Children in from 8.45am - 1.30pm (this session includes lunch)

Friday 6th Sept. - Children in all day (8.45am - 3.00pm)

Monday 9 th Sept. - Full Time from now.
