πββοΈ Fantastic achievement for Hannah H! πββοΈ
Hannah recently represented Mid Cheshire in the 300m at the Cheshire Schools Championships in Ellesmere Port.
After finishing 2nd in her heat, Hannah automatically qualified for the final, where she went on to secure an incredible 3rd place overall in Cheshire! π
It was a brilliant race to watch, and Hannah did herself, her school, and Mid Cheshire proud! π

πββοΈπ Year 7 Athletics Success! ππββοΈ
Last week, our Year 7 athletics team proudly represented the school at the District Minors Competition at Leftwich High School. Competing in a range of new events for the first time, students rose to the challenge and represented the school brilliantly.
π A special mention to Freddie H, who has been selected to represent Mid Cheshire in the javelin at the next round in July β an outstanding achievement!
Well done to all involved β we are very proud of you!

π Year 10 Exams π
Year 10 begin their pre-public exams tomorrow.
They will begin to enter school via the year 11 entrance which is the front side gate on Middlewich Road and go straight to form. Students must still be through the gate at 8:30am.
The new form rooms have been shared with students but a reminder is below.

π Year 9 Careers Talk with BAE Systems π
As part of our ongoing vision to open childrenβs eyes to the wonderful world of possibility, our Year 9 students recently took part in a fantastic careers talk delivered by BAE Systems.
The session gave students valuable insight into employability skills, different career pathways, and the wide range of opportunities available, including apprenticeships.
π Students were fully engaged throughout and thoroughly enjoyed the workshop, gaining a deeper understanding of the exciting opportunities available to them in the future.

ππΌ Our Year 7 and Year 9 students recently enjoyed a fascinating careers talk from a professional beekeeper!
They explored the importance of bees in our environment, learned how honey is produced, and discovered what it takes to care for hives. The session also highlighted exciting career opportunities in agriculture and environmental conservation.
A truly inspiring experience that encouraged students to think about their future and the impact they can make on the natural world! πβ¨
