Hi everyone! I'm Ben - a Personal Trainer from Northwich with over 10 years experience, and that's what a lady who messaged me about Personal Training said to me last week, and she's right!
She came to me saying she's never trained at a gym before so has no idea what she should be doing, to help her to get healthier and stronger, to help with completely normal things that become much more common as we age!
Things like getting up off the floor, walking up and down stairs, and picking your kids and grandkids up more easily!
And strengthening your knees and lower back so you're in less discomfort!
You don't have to be super fit, or want to become a long distance runner or a bodybuilder to come to the gym, as a PT I'll meet you where your ability level is currently at and we'll make progress together, one step at a time!

I wanted to say a massive well done to my client Carol who’s just been on a dream holiday to Costa Rica!
I couldn’t wait to catch up with her when she was back, and she told me she did things she wouldn’t have dreamed of before she started personal training sessions with me!
She climbed massive steps in the rainforest at night to see some mad animals, she went snorkelling, she basically did these things because of the confidence and strength she gained from her PT sessions!
