Change of provider at Sunrise nurseries

Over Hall Community Enterprises Limited have delivered childcare and education for 18 years in Winsford and more recently in Northwich by running Sunrise nurseries. It is with much sadness that we find ourselves in a position where we are unable to continue. We are a small company, a social enterprise and all our trustees are volunteers. We have been passionate about providing a high quality service to our local community but over the past year this has become increasingly difficult due to our small size.

A larger company, S4YC who already have a number of nursery and after school settings in Cheshire will take over all three Sunrise settings, Over, Wharton and Northwich from the 1st September 2023.

We believe that S4YC will be in a better position in the future to provide the high quality provision that we have previously based our reputation on and we wish them the best for the future.

Staff will automatically transfer over to S4YC which will provide consistency for staff, children and parents.

I would like to thank all our staff, present and past for all their hard work over many years and families for letting us have the pleasure and honour and looking after and educating your children.
