Well done to all our students on completing their first week of the new academic year. For our Year 10 students, you have now begun your GCSE courses, and we hope you are finding your chosen subjects both enjoyable and rewarding.

To our Year 7 students, welcome to the school. It has been wonderful to see you embracing what it means to be a student at Hartford Church of England High School and demonstrating our values through your daily interactions with staff and fellow students.

Your Head of Year, Mr Hardwick, has been extremely impressed by the way you have risen to the challenge of starting high school and settled into school life so positively. He is very much looking forward to working with you over the next five years.

Thank you to everyone who attended our Open Evening. It was wonderful to see our school so vibrant and to welcome so many families to explore what we have to offer. We are grateful that you took the time to visit us.

A special thank you must also go to our student helpers, who played such an important role throughout the evening. Whether they were guiding families on tours, supporting departments, or simply showcasing the HART values of our school through their actions and attitude, they were fantastic ambassadors for our community.

Today we're congratulating Beth, Connie and Ruby on their fantastic GCSE results.
We're proud to celebrate their achievements and the hard work that has helped them reach this important milestone.

Beth and Connie began their educational journeys at Hartford Primary School, while Ruby joined us from Winnington Park Primary School & Nursery. It's wonderful to celebrate their success alongside the schools that helped shape their early experiences of learning.

As three of our four Family Prefects, they have made a valuable contribution to school life, supporting younger students and leading by example throughout their time with us.
