Although a short half term, it's been extremely busy in Year 4! All the children have worked so hard to complete their rainforest writing, fractions unit, weather in French, rainforests and habitats in geography and science and coding in computing. Today we celebrated Mathletics certificates, reading rewards and homework certificates. Stars were chosen for English work, effort, contribution and being 'always' children. Have a brilliant and restful Easter holiday!

Wow Reception, youโ€™ve made it to the end of your second full term! The last half term has flown by and the children are all growing up so fast. Weโ€™ve had a visit from the police this week and they brought a long a very special visitor - PC Panda! The children absolutely loved him and enjoyed finding out all about the police car and trying on police clothes and hats. A big thank you to our wonderful police friends, PCSO Lee and Simon. ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿš”๐Ÿš“๐Ÿผ
Our โญ๏ธ Stars of the Day have been awarded for having a go at their own writing, painting a beautiful daffodil and for being super happy skipping into school.
We have Reading Stars who passed their five star marker to gain a sweet treat and some children who received their 25 star prize. A big well done to all our stars this week.
We wish you all a very happy Easter and a very restful holiday.๐Ÿฃ

It is the end of a short but very busy term for Year 3!
To end the term we have enjoyed building cars to help to lure and capture the Iron Man. We had to build the chassis and make careful considerations about the axle and the type and the size of wheels that we chose. We tested if they would withstand a weight and then evaluated our own and each others ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ™‚
We ended our Science unit by acting out the process of pollination ๐Ÿ
Well done to all of our award winners over the last few weeks. We have handed out lots of certificates for great work on Mathletics, TTRS and Numbots.

Wishing everyone a wonderful and happy Easter break ๐Ÿฐ
