Seriously though, if you choose to follow a diet that makes you give up things like alcohol and cakes, then we won't argue against it.
However, it's important that you know you don't HAVE to give them up in order to lose weight.
Yes, that's right! You can lose weight, build muscle AND be happy without giving up those things π±
Plus, unless you're planning on giving them up FOREVER, then you will have to learn to fit them into your diet somehow.
And the sooner you learn how you can still eat and drink those things without it negatively impacting your goals, the sooner you will make a lifestyle change!

Here's how to level up your morning routine π π π¦
1. Grab a glass of water before your coffee. Water will rehydrate your body and leave you feeling more awake and ready for the day.
2. Make your bed. It may sound stupid but it can help you have a more productive day.
3. Have a high protein breakfast. Research shows it leaves you feeling fuller for longer.
4. Get moving. Not everyone has time to exercise in the morning, if not just a couple of stretching or yoga exercises will help to get your blood flowing.

One of the things I don't do with clients is pressure them into before and afters for my social media, you know why?
They're already feeling self-conscious and the thought of knickers and bra shots makes them wanna die...
I get them to choose how they measure success, Sarah decided it was all going to be on how her clothes fit. So far she's back in 2 pairs of jeans that were in the back of the wardrobe and some leggings.
That doesn't sound like much right, but think about it, a couple of pairs of jeans and a pair of leggings could be Β£100 easily.
Never mind the tops she's getting into again.
