NEW KICK-BOXING CLASSES at SG 💥🥊

From Wednesday 1st July we will be offering 2 new beginners classes a week with our new beginners class coach.

🥊DAYS AND TIMES : Monday and Wednesday 6.30pm - 7.45pm.
(Progression to our Friday 6.30pm open sparring class)

🥊COACH : Mike Bateman, former National Champion and independently ranked top 12 in the UK professional rankings with over 15 years experience.

🥊COST : 1st lesson free.
£30 for the rest of July.
£50 per month for every Monday and Wednesday class thereafter.

🥊EQUIPMENT NEEDED : shorts / leggings , t shirt / vest.
Drink.
All other equipment is provided (gloves/shinpads etc)

This class is for new starters to kickboxing up to interclub level.
From fitness only to those who one day will look to compete this beginners class is for any level of fitness.

This is a separately ran class from our experienced students / fighters classes making it easy to start and with smaller class numbers for better level of tuition taught from an ex professional champion 💪

Well done guys, all getting stronger.
Friday was the best sparring this year so far, awesome to see the new things we have worked on over the last few weeks coming through.
For our fighters we now have 2 confirmed fights in March and 2 more fights for March that will hopefully be confirmed by the end of the week 🥊✌️
