Please note that Microsoft are ceasing to support Windows 10 in October - this means no security or software updates. Check your machine to se if you can update to Windows 11 and, if not, consider purchasing a new PC or laptop.

After a lovely break for Christmas, I am back on it and available to come and fix your computers, printers, phones and I even dabbled in TV’s last week!

Microsoft are stopping supporting Windows 10 next September so it may be worth budgeting for an upgrade in summer 2025. Your computer may be upgradable but, if not, ask me about prices for a new machine with your data transferred over from the old one.

To sum up this week, I have installed a new printer for a lovely lady in Appleton, set up a new iPad for another lady in Lymm, resolved an issue remotely for my client in Alderley Edge on internet banking and arranged to teach a new client in Culcheth how to use a laptop.

Love this stuff!

I have a laptop to give away for Treasure Your Wellbeing and a lady asked me for one (for her daughter) about three weeks ago but she has disappeared from Facebook - someone on here pointed her in my direction, anyone help please? She was from Warrington.

Just been to a lovely lady in Lymm to sort out her emails not working and iPhone update.

Sadly, the printer this morning In Macclesfield was unserviceable so I provided a new one and set it up to print wirelessly.
