🎉 Tomorrow’s Non-Uniform Day is our final KFA event of the school year! 🎉

Children are invited to come to school in their own clothes with a suggested donation of £1.

As another fantastic year comes to a close, we’d like to say a huge thank you to all of the pupils, parents and carers, and the amazing school staff for your continued support throughout the year.

Alongside our much-loved annual events, we also held our first-ever Colour Run and Laser Show, both of which were a huge success. Thanks to your generosity and enthusiasm, we’ve raised over £14,000 this year and donated more than £20,000 to resources that have directly benefited all of the children at Kingsmead Primary.

We’d also like to thank our incredible KFA volunteers. Every event is only possible because of the time, energy and commitment of our volunteer team.

We hope everyone has a wonderful summer break, and we look forward to another exciting year of fundraising in September.

If you’ve ever thought about getting involved with the KFA, we’d love to welcome some new faces next year!

🎉 We think it’s safe to say our very first KFA Colour Run was a HUGE success! 🌈🎉
A massive THANK YOU to everyone who helped make today such a fantastic event.
💛 To all of the children for bringing so much enthusiasm, energy and smiles.

🎉🌈 Our first ever KFA Colour Run is TOMORROW! 🌈🎉

🙏 We are still very short on volunteers. If you can spare any time to help make the event a success, we’d be so grateful. Please sign up here: http://volunteersignup.org/CPK4E

Please can volunteers arrive 10 minutes early and enter the playground using the side gate. A KFA member will take you to where you need to be on the course.

📢 Key information for Parents & Carers

✅ Please send your child to school with:

* A change of clothes (old clothes, old shoes and an old towel – the colour powder may stain!)
* Sunglasses or eye protection
* A named water bottle
* Sun cream already applied before school

📝 Before their run, teachers will go through the event instructions with the children, make sure water bottles are topped up, and head to a shaded area outside ready for their run.

🏃 After completing their run:

* Children will receive a participation sticker and return to their class teacher.
* Parents should collect their child from their class teacher at the MUGA.
* Don’t forget to stop by our Colour Run backdrop next to the netball courts for a colourful photo!

🍭 Tuck Shop
A tuck shop selling drinks and snacks for both children and adults will be open throughout the event. Sales are cash only.

🦉 Night Owls
If your child is attending Night Owls after the Colour Run, they should be collected from the Ladybirds play area.

❗ Children not taking part in the event should be collected from the front of school as usual at 3:15pm.
