This afternoon in science, year 3 have investigated how different surfaces effect the amount of friction created and therefore how far a car with travel 🚗

On Friday afternoon Year 2 created their own artwork using natural materials inspired by the artist Andy Goldsworthy.

Year 2 enjoyed their DT unit designing and creating 'Moving Monsters'.

The final day of Petty Pool; archery, zip lines, high ropes, climbing wall and leap of faith. All children have been absolutely fantastic and we have been so impressed with how brave they have been!

In English, Year 5 have been debating the statement "Year 5 pupils should not use plastic". They have thought of reasons For/Against the statement and then concluded their final decision and had a debate, giving their reasons.

Lots of toys have mysteriously landed on our playground! Year 1 have rescued them all and are preparing some brilliant writing inspired by the book “Toys in Space”.

Goodnight from Petty Pool! We have had a wonderfully busy day and now all children are fed, washed and tired out ready for bed!

Group 2 have enjoyed archery and pushing themselves out of their comfort zone today!
