Plot twist though: our cricketers have been doing Zumba this whole time and didn't even know it 🏏 Between the lunges, twists, and footwork, turns out cricket is basically Zumba in disguise! So lads - if you can smash a six, you can smash our Zumbathon. Time to even up the dance floor 👊

I’m so sorry, but I’m going to have to cancel Zumba tonight 😩

With the Amber weather warning for the extreme heat, I don’t feel it’s safe to run the class tonight — especially as I’ve also woken up with a horrible migraine this morning 🤦‍♀️😩

I’m really sorry for the late notice, and I hope you all understand. Hopefully the weather will cool down soon and I’ll see you all next week! 💃❤️

We'll be warming things up with the new Africa We Move 🌍 because we're not just moving… we're moving with purpose! Then it's straight into Boom Body by Shaggy, where the only thing louder than the music is our whooping! 🎶💥

Feeling fierce? Mamacita is bringing all the sass, hips and attitude. 💃🔥 And if you've been wondering whether you should come tonight... La Respuesta (the answer!) is a big, loud YES! 😉

Hi everyone! ☀️

With the heatwave forecast for this evening, I've decided to cancel tonight's Zumba class at Crowton (8th July). As much as I love seeing you all work up a sweat, I don't think we need Mother Nature giving us a helping hand!

Stay cool, keep hydrated, and perhaps save your best dance moves for in front of the fan instead. 💃🕺🌬️

We'll be back to it soon—hopefully in temperatures more suited to exercise than roasting! Thanks for understanding, and enjoy the sunshine safely. ☀️😊
