Year 1 have been learning more about mental health as part of Mental Health Awareness Week. They were read the story ‘POW!’ which told the story about a superhero named Pow who helped his friends overcome their anxieties with courage. After reading the story they created their own character who could help them whenever they need to find the courage to face their worries.
