At Last! Yoga sessions for young footballers! Tuesdays 5.30-6.30pm at Cheshire FA, Moss Farm, Northwich

These sessions are for all children who play football regularly, in years 6 -8 incl. The sessions are focused on flexibilty, balance and co-ordination to help with overall performance on the field, injury prevention and all round well-being.
