I'm Vicky and I became an Ofsted Registered Childminder in January 2014. I encourage learning in my setting through play and plan all activities to involve every child in my care, taking into account each of their individual needs and development, helping them reach their full potential. There are plenty of outdoor activities and equipment available at my setting and also a park with children's pl

ayground and assault course within a 5 minute walk. I share my house in Northfleet, close to Painters Ash & Pepperhill Sainsburys, with my partner, my stepdaughter (part time), my 2 young daughters and my cat. It is a non-smoking household. Any questions, please feel free to ask x

After almost 7 years of being a registered childminder, caring for and having lots of fun with some lovely children alongside my own, I will be closing my doors next Friday 27th August 2021 to commence my new adventure as a student midwife at the University of Greenwich. I will miss childminding but it's time to move on now my babies will both be in school. I would like to thank all of my childminder friends for their wonderful company and support over the years and wish all of my current and past mindees the best in life and hope I have made a valid impact on them all. ###

I haven't posted for a while but we have been open again since June and now everyone has returned to school and me!

Day 1 of half term and, before the rain comes towards the end of the week and next, we did our yearly trip to pick pumpkins! The children loved running through the pumpkin fields, finding all sorts of coloured and shaped pumpkins! 🎃

Carving is to follow closer to Halloween.....watch this space! 😊

First week of the Summer holidays and the first full week back since March. We now have our own little bubble!

We have had lots of fun throughout the week including playparks, exploring in the woods, climbing trees, building dens, singing, games, beach day, pool day, painting, drawing and imaginative play. All of course while social distancing where relevant and lots of hand washing! 😊
