Oak class has had a fantastic week exploring the new school with fun activities such as treasure hunts and outdoor play sessions. They were lucky enough to go on the roof to see all our solar panels and understand how they are helping the environment.

They each designed a paper shield celebrating their heritage and culture. We did lots of team-building activities, one of which was the cup stacking game without using hands - only string and elastic bands.

We are looking forward to the year ahead.

A wonderful first day at Rosherville Primary School! 🌟

Yesterday was our first day at our brand new school, and it was lovely to see the children arrive excited and ready to begin this new chapter.

The children settled into their classrooms really well, getting to know their teachers, exploring their new surroundings, and meeting their classmates.

Our Headteacher, Mrs Martin, also spent time in each classroom, meeting the children and helping everyone feel welcome as they began their first day.

🏫✨ We’ve officially moved into our new school!

We can’t wait to welcome all our children back on Monday 7th September!

All of our staff have been working incredibly hard behind the scenes to get everything ready for the big opening. Our classrooms are coming together beautifully, with every detail carefully considered to create welcoming spaces where our children can learn, play and grow. 📚

What an amazing final week of term we’ve had! It’s been busy, joyful, and packed with memories we’ll treasure, including our last ever Sports Day at the old site.

The children threw themselves into every moment, from the activity carousel to the classic egg‑and‑spoon races and so much more. Their enthusiasm, teamwork, and smiles made the day truly special.

A wonderful way to wrap up the term and celebrate everything they’ve achieved. Here’s to many more great moments ahead!

🌟 Aspirational Day at Rosherville Primary 🌟

What a fantastic day our pupils had exploring different careers and discovering the many possibilities for their future!

We welcomed a range of professionals who shared their skills, stories and experiences with our children. From boxing and theatre to poetry and construction, pupils enjoyed learning about different jobs and taking part in exciting activities.

A huge thank you to everyone who gave their time to inspire our children and encourage them to dream big. ⭐

Rosherville students proudly took part in celebrating the 78th anniversary of the NHS, performing at They were a true credit to our school, bringing smiles to everyone's faces with their wonderful performance. Their beautiful voices touched the hearts of many, with even a few members of the community moved to tears. We are incredibly proud of the kindness, talent, and respect they showed throughout the event.
