Our Northampton setting is based in a beautiful and unique grade 2 listed building and has some astonishing features which naturally inspire the creative mind! We have been on an incredible journey since first opening our doors in April 2015 and became very popular, very quickly. The true beauty of the building catches the eyes of many, and combined with our unique approach; people fall in love at first sight and children flourish and shine in their wonderful environment. We have developed a passionate and caring team who love their job and strive for the best. They show incredible dedication and creativity and they are always going above and beyond to meet the children’s needs - physical, emotional, care and educational! The nursery building is across three floors, however, we only use the ground and first floor for the children’s spaces. All children have regular access to our large outdoor space with preschool children having ‘free flow’ between indoors and outdoors. We are continually developing our outdoor spaces around the children’s likes and fascinations and have a few different areas available, including a secure baby garden and our outdoor classroom which is based in the trees and offers a unique and special learning environment. We prepare children for life, not just for school, with practical and hands on experiences and learning opportunities. We answer children’s questions with a ‘let’s find out together’ approach and we collaborate and research together with no pre-conceived ideas of where it will take us, because each discovery will lead to the next one! Child led learning allows us to focus on the children’s keen interests and fascinations and also affirms to children that their ideas, input and solutions are just as valuable as our own!
