Ceroc Cogenhoe Northampton

Well after last weeks heatwave and wonderful aircon at the venue, we thought summer had arrived. We were wrong.
No matter - it’s Tuesday so we’ll be dancing anyway! Come and joins us from 19:30!

Well, what can we say about that except, THANK YOU!
Nearly 100 of you turned out to our very first freestyle at our new Northampton venue and it was wonderful to get to dance with so many of you!
A special thank you to our crew Sam and Em for helping make it happen and an enormous thank goes to our baking queen Vicky for her fabulous cake contribution!
We are loving our new home of dance in NN, we hope you do too.

Ok, we know. The weather is hot (like actual summer in the UK -what?!).
But our beautiful new venue at Cogenhoe has AIRCON, ice cold water at the bar and ice cold drinks you can buy at the bar.

On top of that, we’re bringing you ice lollies for the early birds. So why swelter at home when you can enjoy a night out!

We’ll be there from 19:30.

On a serious note: we love you all dearly, so please hydrate today and say cool if you can. If you’re happy to join us we’ll keep you as cool as we can.

We love Tuesdays! Nothing brightens up our day like getting to dance with our favourite people at a lovely venue.
It’s also good for you mentally and physically - so bonus! Every time you learn some new choreo, you strengthen those neurological pathways, think of it as cross training for the brain.

So get yourselves along tonight for a big dose of happiness and healthiness.
