Postnatal Core & Restore Programme

A 12-Week Specialist Recovery Programme
Starts Monday 14th September at 1.00pm. Finishes 14th December.
(26th October and 2nd November are skipped for half term)

This is not a “bounce back” class.

The Huddle & Bliss Postnatal Core & Restore Programme is a carefully structured 12-week journey designed to support women physically, mentally and emotionally after pregnancy and birth.

Blending intelligent movement, core recovery, breathwork and nervous system regulation, this programme helps women reconnect with their body safely and progressively after birth.

Watching babies grow in confidence, explore movement, and share these moments with the people who love them most is a privilege every single time.
The room has been full of smiles, giggles, curious little faces and parents completely present in the moment.

Even the mannequin looks like they're having a good time... and if they could smile, I'm pretty sure they would. 💚

Preparation Changes Everything.

When it comes to pregnancy, we prepare.
When it comes to birth, we prepare.
When it comes to welcoming a new baby, we prepare.

Yet when it comes to one of the biggest transitions in a woman's life, many of us are expected to simply figure it out as we go.

We put changes down to stress.
A busy life.
Work.
Family.
Getting older.

And sometimes we're right.
But sometimes hormonal change is already playing a role.

The truth is that many women spend years trying to make sense of changes in their sleep, mood, energy, resilience and wellbeing before they realise what may be happening.

That's why I've decided to rename my upcoming workshop.
Not because the content has changed.
But because the message has.
This isn't about "coping with menopause."
It's about understanding what's happening, taking control where you can, and building strong foundations for the decades ahead.

Bringing everything together and introducing simple, natural ways to support your baby’s movement.

What is attunement?

It's a word you'll hear me use quite a lot.
But what does it actually mean?

Attunement is simply noticing and responding to your baby's signals.

It's recognising when they're hungry.
Seeing when they're becoming overwhelmed.
Sharing a smile.
Responding to a babble.
Offering comfort when they need reassurance.

In many ways, attunement is less about what we do and more about how closely we pay attention.

And before anyone starts worrying...
Attunement isn't about being perfect.
In fact, no parent is perfectly attuned all the time.
Healthy relationships aren't built on perfection.
They're built on thousands of small moments of connection over time.

Every cuddle.
Every smile.
Every moment spent trying to understand your baby.

That's attunement.
And it matters more than getting everything "right".
