Edgewood School is a residential school supporting children aged 7 - 16 with complex learning, communication and behavioural needs. We’re recruiting a Deputy Care Manager to support the Registered Manager in leading our children’s home and continuing to develop a high‑quality, child‑centred provision.

About the role:

This is a senior leadership position where you will help oversee the day‑to‑day running of the residential setting, support and guide the care team and work closely with education and therapy colleagues. You will play a key role in safeguarding, care planning, staff supervision and promoting positive, consistent practice across the home. The role offers the opportunity to contribute ideas, support staff development and ensure children’s voices are heard and respected.
