Wondering if your baby (6+ months) is ready to drop a night feed? 🌙
Here are a few signs to look out for:
✨ Are they only feeding for a couple of minutes before falling back asleep?
✨ Are they less interested in their first feed of the day?
✨ Are they feeding more at night than during the daytime?
If it feels like your little one may be feeding more for comfort than hunger, we can work together to create a bespoke, gentle plan that feels right for your family.

Has your toddler suddenly refusing their usual nap?
Crying in bed?
Only dozing off in the car, pram… or worse, at dinner? 😵💫
Or maybe naps are fine — but mornings are starting way too early?
✨ Most children drop their nap between 2.5–3 years old.
✨ Common signs they’re ready:
• Refusing the nap
• Napping later and bedtime turns into a battle
• Still napping, but waking very early every morning
So how do you survive (and even thrive) through the nap transition?
💖 Check consistency first
Track sleep for about 2 weeks. If the pattern is steady, it may be time to drop the nap fully — avoid bouncing between 1 nap and no nap.
💖 Swap the nap for quiet time
Calm, screen-free play helps them recharge without disrupting bedtime.
💖 Bring bedtime earlier
An earlier bedtime helps make up for lost daytime sleep and prevents overtired chaos.
