After a fab evening- they all slept so well we had to wake half of them up - we are about to have breakfast and another round of activities. Be back soon 👍🏼

Due to the current hot weather, children may come to school in their PE kit this week to help keep them comfortable throughout the day.

Please ensure all items are clearly labelled with your child's name.

We're taking the following steps to ensure all children stay safe and comfortable during this period of extreme heat:

Sun protection:

Children should apply sunscreen before coming to school (we recommend factor 30 or higher)
Children will be encouraged to wear sun hats during outdoor activities and break times
We'll be using shaded areas of the playground wherever possible

Hydration:

Children must bring a named water bottle to school each day
Water bottles can be refilled throughout the day
We'll be giving children regular reminders to drink water
Additional water breaks will be scheduled throughout the day.
