The Trust’s first Free school, Pineham Barns opened its doors to the community in 2017. Pineham’s bespoke curriculum reflects the needs of the local community and nurtures aspiration, imagination, moral guidance, fun and creativity, alongside academic achievement, giving children the opportunity to develop into compassionate citizens and fulfil their own unique potential. Surrounded by countryside, Pineham’s stunning location provides the team with endless inspiration and energy. The setting is explored and enjoyed through a creative outdoor curriculum, which brings learning to life and enables all pupils to engage with the outdoors to enhance their learning. The importance of the outdoors is reflected throughout the school, brought to life creatively and with an energy that resonates with us all; teachers, pupils, parents and carers.
