A HUGE congratulations to all of our young filmmakers and performers involved! 🎉

Having films selected from across our different groups and academy sessions is a fantastic achievement and a wonderful recognition of the creativity, teamwork and imagination our students bring to their Film & Television sessions.

We are so proud of everyone who helped bring these films to life — both in front of and behind the camera.

Congratulations, PQA Northampton! 💛🖤🎬

WELCOME TO PQA NORTHAMPTON!

Did you know there are three different ways to be part of PQA Northampton?

🟡 Friday Evenings
🟡 Saturday Mornings
🟡 Saturday Afternoons

Each academy is a little different. Each has its own personality, its own young performers and its own creative journey — but they all share the same PQA experience.

Our team really gets to know every young performer, helping them develop creatively, build confidence and discover what they’re capable of.

Across Comedy & Drama, Film & TV and Musical Theatre, our students work on exciting projects, productions, performances, films and plenty more throughout the year.

Whether you join us on a Friday evening, Saturday morning or Saturday afternoon, you’ll become part of a supportive, creative community where every young performer has the opportunity to grow.

Three sessions. Three unique academies. One PQA Northampton.

🎭 Be yourself. Be amazing.

Interested in joining us? Get in touch to find the session that works best for your family.

🌟 CELEBRATING PROGRESS AT PQA NORTHAMPTON! 🌟

We’re excited to introduce two new developments at PQA Northampton, designed to celebrate the achievements and creative development of every young performer.

🏆 NEW-LOOK ACHIEVEMENT CERTIFICATES

Our achievement certificates have had a refresh! Throughout the year, our PQA’ers will continue to be recognised for their hard work, creativity, commitment and contribution to their academy.

Look out for our new certificates celebrating:

⭐ Performer of the Week
🎬 Filmmaker of the Week
🌟 Role Model of the Week

And, of course, our youngest performers will continue to be celebrated with Poppet of the Week! 💜

📱 INTRODUCING PQA PROGRESS

We’re also delighted to officially launch PQA Progress — our new bespoke feedback platform created specifically for our PQA Northampton families.

PQA Progress gives parents and carers a clearer insight into their child’s creative journey, celebrating development across our three modules:

🎭 Musical Theatre
🎬 Film & Television
🎭 Comedy & Drama

Rather than simply focusing on a grade, PQA Progress recognises that performing arts development is a journey:

Discovering → Rehearsing → Performing → Refining → Showcasing

Parents will be able to see feedback, achievements and comments as we build a picture of each young person’s progress throughout their time with us.

💛 More recognition. Better feedback. Celebrating every step of the journey.

We can’t wait for our PQA’ers to start collecting their new certificates and for our families to begin exploring PQA Progress!

🎭 THREE ACADEMIES. TWO INCREDIBLE SHOWS. ONE AMAZING YEAR! 🎭

We are thrilled to announce our 2027 productions for PQA Northampton!

🏀 Northampton Saturday AM & PM Academies will be performing Disney’s High School Musical JR.

📚 Northampton Friday Academy will be taking on Roald Dahl’s Matilda The Musical JR.

Two completely different shows, two brilliant opportunities for our young performers—and we are absolutely here for it!

From the energetic halls of East High to the magical and mischievous world of Matilda, 2027 is going to be a huge year for PQA Northampton and PQA's nationwide as we celebrate our 20th anniversary.

We cannot wait to get started, bring these fantastic stories to life and see our students shine on stage!

🎶 We’re all in this together!

📖 Sometimes you have to be a little bit naughty!

LET’S DO THIS! ⭐
