My name is Patrick, and I had the opportunity to complete a placement with Cohesive Society CIC several years ago. Even after my placement ended, I have always remained connected with the organisation, and whenever I need advice, guidance or support, I know I can still turn to them. Cohesive Society CIC has played an important part in my personal and professional journey. The career guidance, practical work experience, encouragement and knowledge I received from them were invaluable. They also supported me when I was setting up my own business and helped me with important matters relating to my settlement and building a more secure future. What makes Cohesive Society special is that their support does not simply end when a placement or programme finishes. They genuinely care about the people they work with and continue to offer encouragement and practical help whenever it is needed. I have always found the team to be welcoming, approachable, extremely professional and genuinely committed to helping people progress in life. From my own experience over several years, I can confidently say that Cohesive Society CIC is one of the most supportive, professional and cooperative social enterprises in the area. I am very grateful for everything they have done for me and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for career guidance, work experience, business support or community assistance. Thank you, Cohesive Society CIC, for continuing to support me throughout my journey. Patrick
