Duston TISKA Shotokan Karate club trains at St Luke's Community Centre, Duston, Thursday evening. Club instructor is Miss K Lovell, 6th Dan.
This is a non contact traditional karate style suitable for age 4 upwards, great for families and individuals. Shotokan Karate is a non contact style and is therefore siutable for all ages and all abilities and fitness levels. It is excellent for self confidence and fitness.
