Baby yoga is one of the most powerful ways to support those important developmental milestones, including sitting, standing, and walking.

OUR BABY YOGA CLASSES INCLUDE POSTNATAL YOGA FOR MUMMIES! We offer gentle but very important pelvic exercises and breathing techniques 🧘
