Had a great time at the The Diving Centre delivering the Instructor Development Course, IDC Staff Instructor Course, EFR Instructor course and some specialty courses. Fantastic centre and staff, and well prepared candidates. I even dived in a wet suit in the UK!!!
Well done to Andy, Sharon and David and I'm sure you'll smash the IE. Well done to Paul for doing so well on the IDC staff course. Many thanks to Callum, Tom and Jim for preparing the candidates so well!

Popping along to the Go Diving Show on Friday, a couple of my former students are Keynote Speakers... I'll sit at the back :-)

Started some of the instructors who recently passed their IE on the path to becoming Speciality Instructors at Go Dive this weekend. Great to see they haven't forgot to have fun delivering presentations

Just finished an OWSI course at Go Dive. We had some laughs, learnt stuff about being instructors and saw some fish...

Just found out I've achieved Silver Course Director status. Thanks to the centres I worked with last year; Scuba Shack, The Dive Centre and Go Dive and all the PADI professionals I trained.
I'm pleased I managed to achieve the rating, I'm not a full time CD anymore but I'm sure I could fit in a few more courses in this year...

Another trip to Stoney Cove, some more PADI Specialty Instructor training for the 3 best students I've had this month ;-) My son has also discovered the joys of doing shore cover...

Emotional day yesterday, got my 25 year membership of PADI award at the Instructor Development Update. Many thanks for Dixie Divers of Florida for setting me on the path in 1992 as a Divemaster, to Gary Crea unleashing me as a PADI Instructor, to the team on the CDTC in 2000 and especially to all my students and all the dive centres I've worked with...
