Opticians- Eye health
Taking your under-5 to an optician is essential because up to 20% of young children have undetected sight conditions. Because children don't know what "normal" vision looks like, they won't complain. Regular tests catch conditions like lazy eye (amblyopia) or squints early while they are highly treatable.

Sports day/ last day of term 17th of July
As we have done the last two years sports day will take place inside, to accommodate all parents/ carers & children comfortably we will split the children into two sessions based on their age.
The children will take part in the sports day races they have practiced and afterwards there will be an opportunity to have refreshments, sit with staff and celebrate the children’s achievements of the last year.
All children must have a parent/ carer in attendance– there is no other sessions running on this day or any costs.

IMPORTANT!!!
Can I remind all parents that drive, you must drive slowly on the single track road and especially in our car park!!!!. We have had two very close calls today where accidents between two vehicles and pedestrians could have resulted in injuries.
Please remember,
1- The road is narrow and only wide enough for one car and there are overhanging branches from the trees which can impact your ability to see what could be ahead of you.
2- Pedestrians also use the road, car park and paths nearby.
The safety of everyone travelling to and from Pre-School is our priority.
