📢 Kids Wing Chun Grading Announcement! 🥋✨
​Hey Twisted Arts Family! 👋

​We are excited to announce our upcoming Kids Wing Chun Grading, taking place on Wednesday 16th September!
​Here is everything you need to know:

​Date: Wednesday 16th September
​Time: 18:00 – 20:00 (Extended 2-hour session to ensure all students have ample time to showcase their skills without feeling rushed)
​Grading Fee: £10 per student

​Over the next few weeks, our sessions will focus on getting the kids fully prepared, refining techniques and building their confidence so they can perform at their very best.

Important Announcement: Studio Closure Notice for Friday, August 14th ☀️🌡️

Following today's intense heatwave, our team has closely reviewed tomorrow's weather forecast. With temperatures expected to reach up to 32°C, the health, safety, and well-being of all our members remains our absolute top priority.

As a result, we have taken the decision to cancel all classes tomorrow, Friday, August 14th.

Training high-intensity disciplines in extreme heat poses a significant health risk to our athletes and coaches, and that is simply not a risk we are willing to take.

What You Need to Know:
Closure: Friday, August 14th

Reopening: All classes will resume as scheduled on Saturday, August 15th

Class Make-Ups: For all families affected by the closures today and tomorrow, you are invited to join us for an extra session on any of our scheduled class days over the coming weeks.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you all for your ongoing patience, flexibility, and understanding.

​Training high-intensity acrobatics In extreme heat presents a significant safety risk. The health, well-being, and safety of our students is our absolute priority, and conditions will simply be unsafe for physical training.

​Key Information:

​Thursday 13th August: All classes cancelled / School Closed.

​Friday 14th August: Open and resuming normal schedule as operating conditions cool down.

​We appreciate your understanding as we take these necessary precautions to protect our team and students.

Summer is officially here, and we hope you’re all enjoying the sunshine and any holiday trips you have planned! 🏖️

Just a quick head-up: we are open throughout the entire summer holidays! All of our regular classes will continue running as normal.

Whether you're fitting in extra training around your holidays or sticking to your regular routine, we can't wait to keep flipping, training, and making progress with you.

Update: Friday Classes are ON (With Adjustments) ☀️

Hey Twisted Arts Family,

We’ve been keeping a close eye on the weather forecast. While it’s still going to be incredibly hot, we have decided to keep all classes open on Friday.

That said, our duty of care to you remains our top priority. We will not be training at maximum intensity in this heat. To ensure everyone stays safe, we are adapting Friday's sessions with the following measures:

Slower Pace: Classes will be run at a modified, controlled pace focusing on technique rather than high-intensity conditioning.

More Breaks: We will be taking longer, more frequent rest periods throughout the session.

Hydration Stations: We will have extra water on hand for anyone who runs out or forgets their bottle.

Important Note on Attendance:
We ask all students (and parents) to assess their own well-being and tolerance to the heat before attending. Please make the decision that is best for your personal health and comfort.

Grab your water, pack a towel, and we’ll see you on the floor for a focused, controlled session.

As we know how much everyone pushes themselves in classes, the safety of our students is our top priority. Training hard in extreme heat like this just isn't safe or productive.

Making up your classes:
We don't want you missing out on your training. Anyone affected by today’s closure is welcome to jump into any of our other scheduled sessions over the coming weeks to make up for the missed class.

What about Friday?
We are monitoring the weather closely and will post a definitive update regarding Friday's operations this afternoon.

We are buzzing to introduce our brand-new Little Trickers afternoon slots starting tomorrow, Tuesday, July 7th!

🕒 When: Tuesdays & Fridays | 16:15 – 17:00

✨ Who is this for?

These new early sessions are primarily intended for all new students joining our program. It’s the perfect opportunity to get started, build foundational agility, and jump into tricking in a high-energy, focused environment.

Note for Current Members:
To ensure we maintain optimal coaching ratios, safety, and lesson consistency, we are managing our class lists strictly. If your child is a current student and you wish to switch them over to the new 16:15 time slot, please speak directly to a member of the team, during your next session so we can manage the roster.

Spaces are limited to keep training safe and high-quality.
