Today all our learners did craft activities 🎨🖌✂️ throughout zones 1 and 2.
Our 'no-sew' bags were made from old Tshirts. They turned out really well and will be used as shopping bags by parents/carers.... giving these Tshirts a new lease of life ♻️

Busy day in Zone 1 yesterday wrapping up our Level 1 Food and Cookery NCFE qualification for this year. 📝
Some amazing dishes prepped and served. All our students should be very proud of their culinary journey since September. 🍴🍽🍴
Also a big shout out to our Tutor Martine for her dedication (and patience) 🙏

Well done to our newest member of staff Alesha. She has completed her 'Higher Level Teaching Assistant' qualification at Level 4! Alesha has worked so hard this academic year both in and out of the classroom. What an achievement this is...... so now she can be even better at a job she was already really good at 👌💜💯👊💥

As part of their understanding of local history, a group of our Asdan learners attended a guided tour of Delapre Abbey. We don't know who loved it more..... students or staff!?!

Our Travel and Tourism learners got a treat today for completing all their coursework. They went bowling with their tutor Stacey 🎳

Our NCFE Personal and Social Development students spent the day researching the changing nature of UK society. They produced some amazing work to show what they had discovered 👏

Our Asdan Key Steps learners went for a day out at Sywell today. They walked around the reservoir, completed the obstacle course and a scavenger hunt. They behaved so well everyone deserved an ice-cream at the end 🍭🍨🍧

Our students in Zone 2 today participated in an accredited short course by ASDAN. This week they researched 'women in history' as part of their learning and created this fantastic work.
Well done to our Tutor Nicola for planning such an engaging session..... who knew kids actually love a bit of history 👏🙏

Yesterday in Personal and Social Development our learners completed a practical lesson to embed their knowledge of healthy living 🥗
This NCFE accredited qualification offers a wide range of units, but this one always goes down well with the young people 👌
