πΊ Saving TV Shows: My Secret Hibernation Haven π
When life gets tough, we all need a cozy hideaway. π» For those inevitable times of heartbreak or rough mental health patches, I have a failsafe plan: saving a legendary TV show with at least 5 seasons. π¬β¨ It's like having a lifeline to brighter days, a reliable source of laughter and comfort when I need it most.
We all have those comfort shows we watch over and over a few of mine are, the US office, friends, how I met your mother and parcs and rec.
But having something new to watch helps keep those dark times a little more interesting.
For ages, I had been saving "The Golden Girls" with this very purpose in mind. π Dorothy, Blanche, Rose, and Sophia have become my virtual confidantes, guiding me through tough times with their hilarious banter and unbreakable bond. π Their witty wisdom and heartfelt moments remind me that friendship and laughter truly can heal.

Guess who finally made it back to the gym after a whopping five years?! π It was a mix of excitement and nervousness that had my heart racing as I got ready. I won't lie, there was some serious anxiety going on.

πI wanted to share some tips with you about believing in yourself.πͺ
First, let me tell you about a previous client I had who was struggling with her own self-belief. She was feeling anxious about starting a new businessπ. She was worried that she wouldn't be successful and that people would judge herπ€. I helped her by listening to her concerns and providing her with support and encouragementπ€. Together, we created a plan for her business that played to her strengthsπ. She decided to take the leap anywayπ₯. Within a year, her business was thriving, and she felt more confident than everπ!
πNow for some tips.π‘
First, it's important to focus on your strengths. What are you good at? What do you enjoy doing? When you focus on your strengths, you'll feel more confident and capableπͺ.
π€Another tip is to challenge negative thoughts. When you start to doubt yourself, take a step back and ask yourself if those thoughts are really true. Often, they're not!
