And whilst birth preparation will always be at the heart of what I do, The Birth Base has grown into so much more than that!

From group courses and private sessions, to postpartum support, pregnancy circles, Mother’s Blessings, starting solids workshops and a community that continues long after your baby arrives, my aim has always been the same:
To support families through pregnancy, birth and beyond.

One of the things I’m most proud of isn’t a course or a workshop. It’s the community that has grown around it all.

The Birth Base is such an incredible community. I feel so lucky to be surrounded by the most wonderful women who support one another through every stage of the journey.

Our monthly meet-ups are always such a joy, and our WhatsApp groups are full of invaluable advice, encouragement and kindness. From practical support — lending birth pools, travel buggies and baby essentials — to emotional support during some of life’s biggest challenges, these connections are truly special.

Our IVF group, in particular, is something really remarkable. Watching women lift each other up, celebrate milestones and hold space during difficult moments is incredibly moving.

I may have created The Birth Base, but it’s these amazing women who make it what it is. Thank you, so much,
for making this community so special.
