Starting this week I will be teaching acro and tap summer school classes at Starbrite Dance Academy, Market Weighton. Please see my posts of any of you are interested xx 💙❤

It is with a very heavy heart that I write this post 😪
I would like to explain to you all that, sadly, due to Covid19, I have therefore made the reluctant decision after 18 fantastic years providing Tockwith Village School of Dance in Tockwith, to close my dancing school.
I would like to thank you all for your support, both parents and pupils over the years and hope that positive lessons in life in many ways have been learnt by attending my dancing school.
Juggling a family and part time job plus running a dancing school by yourself is no mean feat. Over several days a week for 18 years, unpacking and the packing up my car, with the help from anyone standing nearby, I can honestly say I have enjoyed every minute teaching what I love - dance. I will continue to teach tap and acro in North Yorkshire.
I have a very good friend with a large dancing school in Market Weighton, I will be teaching tap and acro for her in the future when Covid restrictions allow.
This is a terribly sad day for me but I feel i have no other option at this moment in time.

Sadly, due to the Covid 19 restrictions, dancing is unable to return at this moment in time.

Sadly, 😢 due to the Coronavirus situation, the consensus of opinion amongst myself and parents, is that, we have no option but to temporarily close dancing until further notice. 😔
