We received this over the weekend from one of our learners
"I completed the Award in Introduction to Phlebotomy training just about a month ago. I had previously trained with another provider but I came out of this course with so much more of an in-depth understanding of phlebotomy compared to previous trainings. I really am so pleased to have taken the training with Andrew and Alison who are both absolutely fantastic trainers and lovely people. Both are so knowledgable in their field! The theory was delivered in such a way that you really took it on board, there was lots of time for questions and lots of practice time which I found brilliant. I have been with clients all week this week taking bloods for the first time since the training and I can honestly say I felt a humongous improvement in my blood taking skills, the accuracy and safety of my practice, my knowledge, my patient care and... My confidence!!! I can't recommend this course enough. Thank you so much."
