Today we said goodbye to our wonderful Year 6 pupils as they reach the end of their primary school journey.

We are so proud of everything they have achieved during their time with us. The friendships they have built, the challenges they have overcome, and the memories they have created along the way.

It has been a privilege to watch each and every one of them grow in confidence, resilience and character. They have been a fantastic part of our school community and will be greatly missed by staff and pupils alike.

As they move on to the next exciting chapter at secondary school, we wish them every success, happiness and opportunity for the future.

Good luck, Year 6. Keep believing in yourselves and remember that you will always be part of our school family. We can’t wait to see all the amazing things you go on to achieve!

Our children have worked incredibly hard over the past few weeks to create their marvellous pieces of artwork, and they were so proud to share them with you.
It was a joy to hear the children confidently talk about the different techniques they had used, the artists they had been inspired by, and the creative ideas behind their work. Watching them share their learning with such enthusiasm made the exhibition even more special.
A huge thank you to everyone who came along to support our young artists. We hope you enjoyed celebrating their creativity and achievements as much as we did! 🌟🖌️

🎓🌟 Froglets Graduation 2026 🌟🎓

What a truly special afternoon celebrating our wonderful Froglets as they graduated from nursery! 💚🐸

We are so incredibly proud of each and every child and all they have achieved this year. From making new friends and growing in confidence to learning new skills and becoming independent learners, they have all come such a long way.

It was lovely to share this special milestone with our families, followed by a stay and play and buffet. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the afternoon so memorable.

To our children moving on to Reception – we know you will all continue to shine and we can’t wait to see everything you achieve in your next adventure. 🌈✨

🎭 A Trip to Our Local Theatre! 🎭

This week at nursery we’ve been learning all about theatres, so what better way to bring our learning to life than with a walk to our local theatre, The Forum in Northallerton!

Our children had a fantastic time exploring behind the scenes. They sat in the audience, discovered the band pit, saw the sound and lighting control area, and even had the exciting opportunity to stand on the stage themselves! 🌟

We were also lucky enough to get a sneak peek at the upcoming musical “The Seussical”, which made our visit even more magical.

A huge thank you to everyone at The Forum for giving us such a warm welcome and helping create such a memorable learning experience for our children. We can’t wait to see where our next adventure takes us! 💙✨

🌿🦁 Year 2's Fantastic Trip to Lotherton Hall! 🦒🐧
Yesterday, our Year 2 children had a wonderful day at Lotherton Hall! We were lucky enough to enjoy our very own private zoo tour, where the children learnt lots of fascinating facts about a variety of amazing animals.
The children also took part in an engaging habitat workshop, exploring where different animals live and discovering the incredible adaptations that help them survive in their habitats. It was a fantastic hands-on learning experience that brought our classroom topics to life.
The children were a real credit to our school, showing enthusiasm, curiosity and excellent behaviour throughout the day. Well done, Year 2! 🌍🐾💚

What a wonderful Summer Fair we had yesterday . Thank you so much to everyone who came to support us . Thank you to all the volunteers , those who donated the amazing raffle prizes , tombola , etc , baked cakes and biscuits , and bought raffle tickets . It was wonderful to see such a great family occasion .

Year 2 had a fabulous Forest School afternoon yesterday! 🌿🔥
The children practised their tool-work skills, including sawing and hammering, and learned how to use fire safely to toast crumpets and marshmallows. They also showed excellent teamwork while building shelters and dens together.
Most importantly, everyone had lots of fun exploring, learning new skills, and enjoying the outdoors!
