Running today with this one making sure I didn’t stop. 4.5 miles today

After he dislocated his knee he struggled to move it but he is now back to normal and he enjoys his walks

Trying to get my fitness levels way back up there again!!!!! Running is never easy so I do struggle with it, but I do love how I feel once I’ve completed a run

Exercise can be whatever makes you happy. Walking with my husband and children on a dry day means family time and exercise all in one….
So today was the The Northallerton 10K
I set off with a plan of running it in between 1hr10-1hr20 as not much training done.
So how happy am I that I completed it in 1hr6 minutes.
Fab turn out by so many people and brilliant achievement by all the runners. X # # #
