We currently offer trial an

d taster flight experiences, lasting 30 or 60 minutes. With over ten years of experience as a flight instructor, I decided it was time to do it my way. Each and every student is different yet most flying schools teach the same way, changing instructors regularly makes matters worse resulting in a high drop-out rate before completing their first solo flight. At Academy Aviation we follow the syllabus but adapt to suit the individual, progress tests every 5 hours help identify areas requiring additional practice/understanding without extending the course.

We’re having many students attend our ground school from other ATOs who have completed many flight hours but no exams.
One student on our last ground school week had 40 hours of flight instruction but had completed no exams.

You should be studying for your exams alongside your flight training. If your school doesn’t help you with ground school, you may be at the wrong school.

WE CAN’T SAVE YOU MONEY… BUT WE WON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Huge congratulations to Saleh on completing his first solo flight today 👏

Can you become a pilot in just 4 weeks of training? With the right commitment and a full-time programme, it is possible with Academy Aviation — and Saleh is proving that.

Saleh joined Academy Aviation only 20 days ago as one of our full-time 4-week PPL students. In that short time, he has made outstanding progress, completed almost the entire flying syllabus to date, attended our 5-day intensive PPL ground school, and successfully passed all 9 CAA PPL exams in just 5 days.

With around 10 days remaining in his course, his training is progressing exceptionally well, and today’s first solo is a fantastic milestone in his aviation journey.
