During snack time, we use glass cups, jugs, china plates, bowls and metal cutlery. Not only does this give our children real life experiences by using real objects, it also builds their self-esteem through trusting them and giving them responsibility to handle and look after fragile resources.
In smaller groups, the children have been helping to wash up once they've finished their meal. It has been great to see the children take pride in keeping their environment and belongings clean and tidy.

This week we have done something a little different with our story of the week, we have been looking at our 'meddy teddy' book, we have been using our teepee tent to practice our yoga moves and all the children got involved and the children also gave lots of ideas of different yoga moves we could do.🐻
