Are you feeling a mix of emotions after dropping your little ones off for their first day of school? Don't worry; you're not alone! We’ve arranged an informal gathering to connect, share experiences, and make new friends.

Younger siblings are welcome, so feel free to bring them along.

East Lothian Council is surveying people who use our green spaces to see what more we could do for wildlife.

Please have a look and fill in the survey if you have time.

Specifically, this talks about the Lodge Grounds in North Berwick and includes public parks in all of East Lothian.

Thank you so much to everyone who placed an order through the Cauliflower Cards project. Your support has helped raise over £1200 for the school. A tremendous achievement. We would like to give special thanks to Rachel Coutts who has done a sterling job taking the lead in organising this fundraiser for the last five years! Rachel has recruited two new elves to take it forward (Angela Kwiatkowski & Ruth Fraser) and if anyone else would like to join this particular fundraising effort for next year please do let us know. Thanks again everyone!

Christmas Movies - Friday 9th December

It’s time to cosy in and enjoy some festive films at the Law Primary PTA Christmas Movie Night..🎄

Children are welcome to come in PJs and bring a pillow. Snacks provided (please bring a water bottle).

Bandeoke 2022 - What a night!!

Now that the sequins and sparkles have been packed away for another year, and our fuzzy heads are finally clearing - we’d like to take the opportunity to say a few thank yous!

First of all - the North Berwick Allstars - North Berwick Live Band Karaoke - what a bunch of incredibly talented musicians and singers - without you - there is no Bandeoke!!

Our 18 amazing acts who have been spending the last few months secretly practising and perfecting their vocals and dance routines - who knew we had so much hidden talent in North Berwick? Once again, a well deserved congratulations to our winners - the Twainers!

Our generous song sponsors - who have all shown such engagement with the event - it’s been hugely appreciated. Special mentions to The Lighthouse North Berwick for providing rehearsal space, Wine Wednesdays North Berwick for partnering with us to provide wine and fizz, Fidra Electrics for running the sound and lighting.

The brilliant Bandeoke organising committee who have worked tirelessly alongside the PTA to put on the biggest and best show yet! The amount of work that goes on behind the scenes has been huge - and you have all rocked it!

Our wonderful volunteers - from set up to clear up, compère, check in, token sellers, bar staff, glass clearers, runners, vote counters and first aiders - you all helped to make the night run incredibly smoothly - we couldn’t have done it without you!

And finally… every single member of the 350-strong crowd who has welcomed Bandeoke back to North Berwick with such enthusiasm - dancing, singing and drinking until midnight - and helping us to raise an incredible amount to support Law Primary.
The fundraising total will be shared in the next few days - but it’s a biggie!
