We’re growing our team at Wingfield Academy.
This is an exciting time to join Wingfield Academy. We are investing in additional capacity across our already thriving and highly successful Maths team and wider leadership structure — these are new opportunities to strengthen an exceptional area.
Our results speak for themselves:
• Number 1 in Rotherham for Grade 5+ English & Maths outcomes for 3 of the last 4 years
• Our last two progress scores were the highest in Rotherham and within the top 5% nationally
We are now recruiting for three fantastic opportunities:
• Assistant Headteacher – Achievement (Outcomes)
A whole-school senior leadership role for an exceptional leader who is also a Teacher of Maths.
• Head of Maths
An opportunity to add further leadership capacity to an established, successful Maths team, working alongside our Assistant Headteacher for Maths.
• Teacher of Maths
Join a strong and supportive department where excellent teaching is valued, collaboration matters and pupils are ambitious to succeed.
We’re looking for great people to join something that is already thriving and help us make it even better.
If you are ambitious for young people, passionate about your subject and want to work alongside colleagues with high expectations of themselves and each other, we’d love to hear from you.
