UPDATE!🎯

Hi everyone, some of you may have noticed that I've been a little quiet on the social media front over the past couple of months and feel now is the time to update everyone as to why!

In March I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. It was a pretty big shock, and there's been a lot to learn and adjust to, but the good news is that it's manageable and I'm doing well! 👌🏻

In more positive news, during all this I finally decided to get on with learning to drive and passed first time last week! 🚗

Also in more positive news, I start the Pdpa Level 2 coaching course tonight, taking the next step in my coaching career! 🙌🏻
