Wishing all our students the best of luck as they receive their GCSE results tomorrow morning and we are looking forward to hearing how they all did.

But regardless of the letters on that piece of paper, each of you have done exceptionally well and have developed so much over the last 2 years, not only as mathematicians, but as fantastic young people.

I love teaching the grid method to pupils who have struggled with long multiplication previously. Seeing it all click in their heads and being able to do huge multiplications really easily is just great to watch!

I've even been teaching my 7 year old long multiplication using the grid method!
