Well tonight was the last night for one of my wee fighters who is going to focus on her athletics. Another Ciara Mageean in the making??? Thanks Susan McGrattan for the lovely card and flowers . What you wrote was very touching.

Then we had someone trying to sneak on the mat 3 years too early. Another fighter for the club girl power ( Ellie Dennis ). Isn't she the cutest. And pinning her big sis already 😂😂 Nallum Donna

A few of our tots have progressed up to the next class opening a few spaces in our Tots class. It anyone is interested in a place please contact me. This is for ages 3-4 on a Wednesday night from 5.30 to 6.00. numbers are limited as I keep this class small so I can focus on their development needs

Adaptive training for all adaptive and VI members.

Maghaberry Community Centre, Saturday 4th July

1-2pm age 8-11
2-3pm age 12 and above

All adaptive and VI players with a valid IJA or NIJF licence are very welcome

*** Note all IJA licence holders ***
Attendance at squad training is considered when selecting our Ulster athletes for international honours.

THIS WILL BE THE LAST SESSION BEFORE THE BRITISH CHAMPIONSHIPS
