School's Out NI School's Out NI offers reliable & safe after school childcare for your children. Children can enjoy a fun and stimulating environment with their friends!

School's Out NI After School Club is now open and based in Castle Gardens Primary School! Feel confident knowing that your children are being expertly cared for by qualified, dedicated and enthusiastic leaders in a familiar and relaxed environment, with their friends! Once the bell rings, and all the hard work is finished for the day, children can come and relax and unwind in the School's Out roo

m, where there will be a variety of fun games and activities available to them! Staff will be on hand to help with written homework at the parents discretion. Children will be offered snacks and refreshments in the afternoon. A Waiting Club will also be on offer to help parents cut down on school runs. When younger siblings get out of school at 2pm, they can come to the School's Out room and and have some fun as they wait until 3pm. Staff at School's Out NI are passionate about caring for children and enhancing their development through play. They are highly qualified in Child Development and Playwork and have a wealth of experience in working with children. They are also qualified in Paediatric First Aid, Child Protection and have Food Hygiene level 2.

☀️ SUMMER SCHEME 2026 — OVER & OUT! ☀️

What a 5 weeks we’ve had at this year’s Summer Scheme! 💛 We’ve had so many amazing activities, lots of fun, plenty of laughter, and so many wonderful little ones joining us along the way! 🥰

A huge THANK YOU to every single one of you for booking your children in and trusting us to look after them. We really appreciate your support! ❤️

And of course, a massive thank you to all of our wonderful staff for their hard work, energy and dedication throughout the summer. Without them, there would be no Summer Scheme! We are so grateful to have such a brilliant team. 🌟

I’ve definitely been slacking a little with the updates on here 🙈 but I promise to get some of those posts out over the next few days, so keep your eyes peeled! 👀📸

For now, it’s time to reset the rooms, recharge and get everything ready for reopening on Thursday 27th August for after-school! 💪✨

Lost Property 🧥🎒

Our summer scheme comes to an end this Friday 21st August, so we’d love to get as much of our lost property back to its rightful owners as possible! 💙

We have lots of coats, jumpers, bottles, bags and other belongings that have been left behind. 📸 Have a look through the photos and see if you recognise anything belonging to your child.

We will be on site Tuesday–Friday if you’d like to call in and collect anything (we are out on a trip on Monday)

And a little reminder… please put your child’s name on their belongings! 🏷️ It makes such a difference when we’re trying to reunite lost items with their owners. 😊

🎮🏆 LET THE GAMES BEGIN! 🏆🎮

Sorry this update is so late… we’ve been far too busy having LOTS of fun! 😂🙌

We had an amazing time during our ‘Let the Games Begin’ themed week! 🎲🎯🏅

We introduced the children to the Money Challenge from The Crystal Maze 💰🧩 and had our very own version of ‘Bring on the Wall’ 🧱 — both were SO much fun and definitely brought out everyone’s competitive side! 😆

We also had a go at Human Hungry Hippos 🦛, went on an exciting Pokémon Hunt 🔴⚡, and got creative with some delicious dice cupcakes 🎲🧁 and brownie dominoes!

The children made their own Hama bead games consoles 🎮, enjoyed lots of outdoor sports ⚽🏃‍♀️, got messy with marble painting 🎨, played marble point games, and finished the week with an action-packed Ninja Warrior Day! 🥷💪

There was so much laughter, teamwork, creativity, competition and fun throughout the week! ❤️

We hope everyone had a lovely Easter and we’re really looking forward to seeing you all this week! 🌼

We’ve gathered together a collection of water bottles that have been left behind - some of them for quite a long time!

If you recognise any of these as yours, we’d be so grateful if you could pick them up this week.

Any bottles that haven’t been collected will be taken to recycling or the charity shop on Friday 17th April after School’s Out.
