Today was our annual Claire Millar hockey match.
Our boys and girls hockey teams took on a staff team and, safe to say, thrashed them!
A wonderful, fun filled afternoon and an opportunity to remember our very special Mrs Millar and the huge contribution she made to hockey at Abbey.

It has been a busy week for our P6s. On Monday they were invited to an open day at Movilla High School. They got to do some baking, Technology and Sports.
And then on Wednesday some of our boys and girls took part in a tag rugby blitz hosted by Regent.

Congratulations to our P6 girls and boys who received certificates for Good Behaviour, World Around Us and Sport.

Congratulations to our P3 and P4 certificate winners! This month, we presented certificates for Good behaviour and Sport. Well done everyone!

Some of our talented musicians joined with other children from local schools for a P6/7 Musical Workshop in Regent House School.

We are so proud to have been shortlisted as finalists for the Golden Dance Awards NI in the category “Primary School of the Year” for the third year running. We are delighted the dedication and hard work of our pupils has been highlighted yet again and can’t wait to watch our new teams continue the legacy left by previous teams!

What a wonderful day in P2! As part of our Toys topic, we celebrated Favourite Toy Day and had great fun sharing our favourite toys with our friends 🤩
